"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has more of a boutique style. While there were other guests, we felt like we were the only one's at the hotel, it felt very personal and cozy. We love the decor and the views. It was just steps from the water. It has cohesive modern industrial design."

"Beautiful view of the ocean in a clean and spacious room for a great price. Parking was difficult to find on site in the evening, but plenty of spaces available at the sister site just a few steps away. Girl at the desk when I checked in was lovely and accommodating. Would stay there again."

"This is a Hidden Gem, Don t share this! The property is 5 min from CMLewes Ferry; walkable with Irish Eyes Pub and marinas /boats in front of your face!! Great sunset on our private deck! Walk a few steps over the bridge to boutiques, cafes, art museums and restaurants The concierges were so gracious we had a room to envy ! Suite with fireplace & deck, , access to sauna pool free parking . The hotel is Blue Glam, a decorative inspiration for sure the room as well as the lobby! 5 stars...

"The property could not be beat for value, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast every morning was spot on. The wine and cheese at night was fantastic and warm cookies before bed was an awesome way to finish a relaxing day. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and amenity filled stay. "

"We loved our room. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise from the hallway, even though we were also right next to the elevator. The AC and heat worked well. Our WiFi connections were good. The bed gave us restful sleep each night we were there. The only disappointments were that our microrefrigerator didn't have a freezer for keep our cooler freezer bags frozen and the coffee maker was carafe style, not Keurig, so we had to preclean it to make tea. The beverage table in the lobby...

"This was my first time visiting Rehoboth and it did not disappoint. The Inn was the absolute best choice for us (me, my mother, and 4 yo nephew). The staff could not have been sweeter! The breakfast, the evening wine and cheese, and bedtime cookies and milk were such lovely touches. They even put my name on the daily board when it was my birthday and gifted small chocolates. The location was great. We didn't use the car once! Our visit was during spring break but we will definitely be back...

Private balconies are private to the room, but immediately connected to the next balcony, so not necessarily "private". "
