"The mattress in the room was in very poor condition & i could feel something sticking up in the mattress (a coil?) that I had to try to sleep around. The sink in the room was so low that i felt like i needed to get on my knees to feel like i could access it. Also, the water pressure was so low in the morning we opted not to shower. I realize you are remodeling, which is needed, but obviously this room has not yet been done. If i visit again, I would most likely look for better accommodations. Im just glad i was only staying the night & not any longer."

"The staff was rude not enough parking bathtub was dirty we asked for extra towels when ours was all dirty and we were told they had none clean no bedding for the pull out couch we had to go to the store and get towels and bedding horrible I will never stay at this hotel chain again"

"The hotel was good overall and I had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything inside worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience better. One thing they could improve is the outside appearance. The exterior looks a little old and not very attractive, so it doesn’t give the best first impression. Aside from that, everything else was good and I would still consider staying here again."
