"Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. "

"The property looks like and abandoned ghost hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff (I only saw 2 in three days) was nice. I barely saw any other guests.The pool has no water, without notice in the website. The place could be very nice if it were cleaner and tidy. It seams investors have fled and left a pharaonic construction plan unfinished. The site states "under new management"... I hope the can revive the place."

"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"This was undoubtedly one of the most unique and memorable experiences of my life. I cannot describe how exhilarating it was to see monkeys stopping by our cottage to drink water from our infinite pool, to take an outdoor bubble bath surrounded by the sounds of the jungle, to lay in the pool chaises and view more stars than I even knew existed. This place is totally remote and private. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings exquisite. The only slight disappointment was the speed of service...

"This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. "this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool "
