"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. "Every amenity was closed (pool, hot tub and restaurant) which was the only reason for staying at this hotel! When we got to the room the blinds were falling off and the there wasnt any toilet paper, the TV won't allow Netflix or any other streaming service even once connected to the internet and when the front desk was asked they said that I would need a laptop and they dont know why but the tvs have never worked! This hotel was a waste of money and I will never be back!"

"Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!"
