Hotel Best Western di Bayside

"This is my second stay at this hotel. We had a pleasant experience about six years ago, but this time the hotel seemed very run down. The towels and linens were extremely thin and did not look clean, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast was awful. Unfortunately, everything that made our previous stay enjoyable was missing this time, except for the location."

"The building’s sound insulation was extremely poor. We stayed on the first floor, and whenever people walked on the second floor, it sounded as if they were walking inside our room. We were unable to sleep that night because of the noise. Additionally, whenever they used the bathroom, it sounded like water was pouring directly into our room."

"Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!"

"Floor was so dirty when I got onto the tub after showering I left foot marks. My luggage had nit been just moved but items moved onto different floors. Tge beds were to my waist The double rooms are nothing like what sttgey shie. Maintenance us dub par It has been 9 days to get my 25.00 deposit back. I was told the next day now im told 30 days. Very limited TV Very over priced Contacted management No reply"

"Tiny room but it’s better than nothing. Definitely clean. Staff very helpful and polite. I would recommend a stay if you don’t care about the view."

"It was sad to get there and be told the pool was closed for the summer. The property was well maintained but it sits on a main road that is very loud. Breakfast was good and there are a TON of good restaurants surrounding the hotel."
