"I had 2 rooms there and I had a puppy in each room one is a service one is a motion support dog so at the end of my stay and when I’m almost arriving home, I noticed that they charge my credit card for the room. I was staying in for a dog and I immediately emailed the manager then I noticed about a couple hours later they charged me for the second room. She did refund the first room, but at that point I was like you should have asked when I checked out, were there any pets because of my understanding as long as you have papers on your pet then you would not be charge, other than that, the hotel was very nice. The staff was great. My room was lovely."
