"Overall a wonderful place to stay, however we were never enlightened on the use of the spa, was it available to all guests? The room was very clean and well kept, any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend."

"I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony. The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier. The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly."

"Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

"Sandro was very polite and helpful . Bath very Small and the shower need a good scrub. The breakfast need some fruit and proteins even if is supposed to be an Italian breakfast…be conscious that the room is on the 2 floor and no lift. The location is good and close to a parking (35€/ night)because no street parking. "

"This is not a 4 star hotel. I had a nice room and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is mostly sweets, no fruit. The elevator near my room makes loud groaning noises when in use. But the location is poor, some distance from the tourist area down twisted poorly maintained streets. I got lost twice trying to find it again. Taxis charge 20 euros to take you less than a mile to the main tourist area. Nearby restaurants are for locals with nothing in English. I just can't recommend it because of the...
