"The staff was amazing! Perfect view. The only negative is the sargassum. On some days it smelled really bad."

"All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The property Is very well maintained and gorgeous. The 2 bedroom ocean view was spacious and directly on the beach. During my stay the occupancy was low and some services which were told would be available such as room service was not. I had to walk to the restaurant and order then wait for my food. Also because of low occupancy the poolside restaurant and pizza place closed early as well. It would have been helpful to have this information...

"The room overlooked both the pool and the beach, and the sunrise was amazing each morning. Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Belize for 3 weeks, and this was the most enjoyable place. They have bikes to ride to town, a pool, ocean access, and a good restaurant. Everything you need."

"This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. "

The sliding glass door on one-side was shattered, one of the bathroom windows was also broken, the left sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and or close ( eventually fixed) the sofa and comforter cover were both stained. I felt that my complaints were met with frustration by the front desk staff.
