"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. "Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed.
