"Our room was clean. We only stayed for two nights but I was surprised to comeback to a clean room/made bed after a tired day being out. The front desk is very helpful (Curtis). Great breakfast with great beverage options even have a gluten free bread . The staff at the dining area is making sure keeping it clean and food well supplied refilling soon as it becomes empty. Great location too. Everything we needed is within walking distance and area is really nice. Will definitely stay again when...

"A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated."

While the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, we found the room to be quite cramped for our small family of three. These are primarily outside access rooms (more like an apartment or motel-style), which means there is no elevator access. "The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."
