"This property was amazing! It was very clean, a walkable distance to the channel and many restaurants, an easy drive and park to the beach. The breakfast was really good and Shelley, the caretaker, was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was amazing! We will definitely be back."

"The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only open during the day. Nice restaurant but overall not worth what I paid."

"The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. "This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I requested a refund immediately after seeing the condition of the room, but the hotel refused. The place is nothing but lipstick on a pig—superficially presentable until you actually look around. The mirrors were covered in streaks, hair was scattered throughout the room, and it was obvious cleanliness wasn’t a priority.
