Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa
The room was very clean. We had a blocked drain in the bathroom which they attended to in a prompt manner. The shuttle service was excellent and the drivers were very friendly.

The stay was amazing! We were told when we arrived that our room was owned by a time share, and that we may have needed to move a coupe days into the trip. The hotel remedied this by offering an upgraded room and voucher for food at the restaurant for the inconvenience. We eventually didn’t need ...
