"For travel on a budget, this was a great stay. The staff was friendly when we arrived (I’m sorry I spooked the poor night clerk!), and our room was clean and comfortable. "Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a hotel."
