"We got to the hotel a few minutes past check-in which was 3pm. I reserved two rooms and when we go to the rooms one of the rooms is not ready the other was being cleaned. I go back down they give me a new room. I go up and that new room is trashed and not cleaned. So we had to wait for the room to be cleaned which took about 45 minutes. Other than the very nice and accommodating receptionist the staff was rude. Then one of the bathroom LIGHTS was leaking water and the shower ceiling was caved...

"Stayed there for the Glass City Marathon. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the university start & finish line. Brought own food for dinner and breakfast- fridge and microwave came in very handy for this. Bathroom was not renovated but it served the purpose. Double beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was the strong smell of the room sanitizer or deodorizer. It decreased with over the 1 night stay. "Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. "
