Top Beecher Hotel Reviews

Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Calumet City

8/10 Good

"The room were clean and presentable. There were some other noisy guests who were very loudly arguing and screaming at one another Saturday morning (which was annoying but not necessarily the hotels fault) At breakfast I noticed: they did not have individual helpings of peanut butter. Instead they had 1 large jar that everyone could stick their knives in to serve themselves. Seems a bit unsanitary. Also I witnessed the lady in charge of breakfast put ice cubes into the apple juice dispenser with her bare hands. No gloves were used. Which also seems unsanitary."

WoodSpring Suites Merrillville

10/10 Excellent

"The Front Desk staff walked me to my room for inspection, to make sure everything was satisfactory. The action that Woodspring took, -told me that Woodspring cares for their Residents, which is a BIG PLUS, when it comes to customer service, & satisfaction ! Thank You Woodspring !*****"

Tru By Hilton Merrillville

8/10 Good

"Staff upon check in was great. Scrambled eggs in morning buffet were swimming in water—horrible. When leaving and in parking lot there was a car with 2 people parked backwards. Obviously living in their car. Passenger on drugs and throwing up out the door next to our vehicle. High safety concerns. Recommend safety security patrol."
