"Loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — conveniently located near the airport, which made transportation incredibly easy, especially with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the food and overall dining experience. The pool was another great feature that added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff....

"The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. "

"We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant. Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening. The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there. "

Lo único que si mejoraría es que en mi habitación la 11, en el baño había una loza de cerámica quebrada que puede representar un peligro si se quiebra más y alguien anda sin zapatos Por todo lo demás, es una muy buena opción para quedarse en Liberia "

"El hotel en general está bien y cumple para una estadía corta, aunque se nota que es una propiedad con varios años y que podría beneficiarse de una renovación en algunas áreas. El proceso de check-in fue bastante lento; tuvimos que esperar más de lo esperado a pesar de que había dos personas en recepción y únicamente una estaba atendiendo. En recepción ofrecen agua y aparentemente algún tipo de jugo como cortesía, aunque durante nuestra llegada el dispensador de jugo estaba vacío. Antes de...

"Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!"

"It was nice little expensive for what you get"

"This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier.
