"First the positives. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was fine.
I think the problem that I had with Spark is that it's listed as a Hilton facility. This raises expectations. Honestly, it's more like what you would expect from a nice Super-8 than a Hilton. The carpet and furnishings are very bare-bones. The pool is tiny. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. With the exception of two of the staff, most of the staff were just barely cordial. "Our stay was absolutely perfect. The only issue we had, which was quite stressful at the time. On check-out day, the valet could not find the keys to our car. An hour or so later the keys were located, apparently in a spot where they shouldn't have been. Overall the staff was very apologetic and accommodating.
I love visiting Savannah! This was our first stay at the Hyatt and it certainly won't be our last!!!"
