New and great addition to Belfast

So new the taxi drivers couldn't believe the address I gave them, this was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable, the service by staff amazing. Only down-side was lack of restaurants close by. Bus outside door and taxis reasonable.

Good for one night

Apartment clean and good location for Crumlin Road Gaol. However not enough toiletries and no hot water, so could not have a shower.

Old bank

When we arrived unfortunately the key code did not work but we quickly got a new room. The room we were given was huge, more than we could have expected. However, the shower did not work. I did contact the manager in charge and was told that someone would be sent to fix it. We ended up having to use our friends shower.

Nice room, nice loction, no sevice!

The room was nice and quiet, the man that i think is the owner is a good man. The area is nice u can walk to Shankill road in about 5 minutes or catch buses to the centre down the road. Is a very good location to discover Belfast. The only problem is: if u rent rooms with a hotel price in my case 100 pounds a night u must provide daily clean service, if u answer to costumers: " we are not a hotel" my personal amswer is : " cut the prices to 70-80 pounds a night if u dont provide reception and housekeeping!" I am a world traveler and a gold member of this website my advise to the direction is to make a change on this point in one sense or in another.

All over-priced-fur no knickers!...

Arrival was unnecessarily complicated with no personnel onsite the entire time of our stay. Hotel come under the catagory of Hospitality industry to which there was nothing at all. The room was tidy but the blind located far left was broken with the chain detached and left on the windowsill the room was otherwise overpriced no value for money all fur no knickers sadly. It should be place within self-catering apartments not as a hotel at all. The Best Part of this hotel is that its located behind directly of the bus stop. Hospitable human interaction needed though. There is messy paintwork and the shower has a split devide within the splash back of shower where this is mildew growing.

Polveroso, lavandino bagno otturato, lampada sul comodino non funzionante. Reception inesistente. Nota positiva stanza e bagno grandi e ben riscaldati e parcheggio facile per chi arriva in auto. Letto comodo con materassi nuovi e biancheria pulita. Tutto sommato merita la sufficienza.

Greit selvbetjeningshotell med noen mangler

Hotellrommet hadde bra standard. Derfor synd at en ødelagt dusj ødelegger totalinntrykket. Blandebatteriet fungerte ikke og dusjopphenget var fikset med en plaststrips. Varmt vann i 2-3 minutter hver gang jeg dusjet - det var tilfellet på de andre rommene også. Hotellet ligger langt unna sentrum i et boligområde og ved en ganske trafikkert gate. Man må inn til sentrum (2 km) for å finne frokostrestaurant. Obs på at dette er et "selvbetjeningshotell", der man må innhente en kode for å komme inn i den ubemannede resepsjonen og ny kode inn til rommet. Det fungerte fint.

Quirky good value hotel with home comforts

The Old Bank was a quirky independent hotel and was very friendly and clean and good value for money. Check in was simple. Staff were very helpful. Staying on your own in hotels can be awkward but I felt very at home here. I'll definitely return.

Great accommodation in Belfast.

Lovely accommodation, very helpful staff, use of a kitchen was great and it was on a bus route. Only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Also very close to the Crumlin Rd gaol where there's a lovely restaurant, tribute nights on Saturdays and an interesting tour.

Großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Sehr sauber. Hatten zwei Gemeinschaftsküchen, in der wir kochen konnten. Haben einen Code für das Zimmer vorab per E-Mail erhalten, hat alles daher einwandfrei funktioniert. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. EU-Roaming sei dank, dass uns das nicht wirklich gestört hat :)

Comfy, clean, close to City

Stephen was so helpful with our stay and gave us the names of great bars to go to. Room was lovely and spacious, clean and the bed so comfy. Only issue was getting the hot water to work in the shower, ended up with cold water! Great kitchen for self catering. Would recommend to others, good value for money.
