Freindly staff, clean & tidy room & wifi. More motel than hotel & not too much in walking distance so car required to reach most places other than restaurant across the road.

My 2nd visit here. Love the area. So peaceful despite being not far from the motorway. A great stopping off point on the long route from the very south of Italy.
Lovely food for dinner. Huge breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff
My only negative comment, no more paper cups. A proper cup in the room for a hot drink and a glass for water in the bathroom. I highly recommend a stay here to explore the area.

The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, and Staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is the same every day and very basic (e.g., 1 croissant per person, 1 type of cereal); no hot food or cheese or meat.

Lovely hotel, with boutique feel. We had a balcony with a view of Duomo. Hosts were wonderful- huge breakfast with lots of choice and knowledgeable about the location and town. Would recommend.

We recently stayed at The Bresbot Hotel, a charming old manor house currently undergoing renovations. Despite the ongoing work, our visit was fantastic. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. He even provided directions to a delightful local restaurant nearby, where the food was exceptional. The hotel also boasts ample parking on its grounds. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is a small bed and breakfast establishment right in the centre of Pavia and they have tried to think of everything for the convenience of their guests. The side road grille gate is a bit of a surprise, but very secure. Once in, on a hot day I was immediately offered a drink. The stairs are steep, but my bag was taken up to and brought down from the room. The room is very pleasant, nowhere near as over the top as the pictures suggest, there are tea and coffee-making facilities,...

Nice and clean hotel.
I was not keen on the bed, as it was two singles joined together, and if i ended in the middle, it was uncomfortable.
I also booked one room for my brother and his girlfriend and their bed was the same.
Don't be late for breakfast, as they will shut the doors at 10am.
We got there at 9:50, and felt they wanted us out quick.

Not my first time here and not my last.
Ahmed is an excellent host and is very attentive. I like the variation of rooms here and the feeling of this relax establishment means enjoyable down time after a day at the office.

Don't be put off by the external appearance - inside the hotel is well maintained, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offer is limited but adequate and easy and the breakfast rooms a good size. Staff very helpful, and friendly. Well located near the train and bus stations (and with own car parking underneath for those who came by car like me) and a short and pleasant walk from the centre. Would recommend to anyone for a short stay in Pavia. Good value.
