"Our best stay in Ireland. We stayed in the Tobin Collection. Very large room and closet. Great bathroom. Pool open for very large part of the day. Great breakfast. Parking on site was a great bonus."

"Clean and well maintained site. Bare bones as far as the room but for our intentions, it was perfect. Lovely games room and wonderful to have laundry facilities on site. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Huge shout out to Amanda and Sienad for all their extra help."

"The staff were helpful and promptly answered any queries. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of traditional and continental food. The room was clean and had tea making facilities. It was great that you could refill your water jug at the 'refill' stations. Large car park so no parking issues."

"I thought this property would be gorgeous from the photos and reviews online. It was extremely disappointing and our room was very very old, dirty, and dated. Everything in our room was “yellowish”, dusty, and the carpet stained and musty smelling. This spot could be beautiful but they need to upgrade. It looks like some rooms have been updated, but some like ours were stuck in the 80’s. Just a truly disappointing stay. Only positive it is in town."

"This boutique hotel was outstanding. The rooms are large, the king size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also large and very clean. The breakfasts are outstanding, second to none. Great service from the staff as well. I highly recommend Perryview House."

"This is a student dorm that’s rented when classes are out, but there was construction right outside my ground floor window that started at 3am?!? Windows felt paper thin. Those units shouldn’t be rented out until that work is done."

"Average Hotel. The reception doesnt create a good first impression -a shabby office with frayed carpets. The room was OK, but old sash windows were broken and needed to be propped open with pieces of 4x2 wood offcuts. Parking is on a meter outside. I was expecting more. Breakfast was good in the small downstairs cafe which is part of the hotel. This hotel seems to be linked to another hotel on the seafront. "All parts of Foto we experienced were beyond expectations. It was a special spot and a perfect respite from Dublin for a long weekend. Every staff that we came in contact with exceeded our expectations. The minute we came thru the gates, the beauty of the resort was astounding. The food was fabulous. Every meal was a treat. "A fantastic hotel with truly wonderful staff that go above and beyond in being welcoming and helpful. The hotel, the accommodations and the staff just really brought Cork to life for us. One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland was staying here. Great views of the city and the river. walking distance to anything. Breakfast was amazing as was the outside bar."
