Great quiet location with massive rooms.

Reception was excellent and very helpful, answering all our questions and ultra helpful with directions and cab booking etc. Lovely big room and walk in shower. Clean and kettle and cups but NO tea or coffee in the room or in reception. Pity as we had an early start next day with a 9 hr drive to Italy. Overall impressed with the property. Would definitely recommend people to stay and just a short 6€ cab ride to town centre.

I was pleased with my choice - a great option for my business trip. location, private parking, quiet and clean room and helpful staff. The Old Town is just 5 minutes away by taxi, if there are no traffic jams.

cant beat it for the price

for the price its very good , everything you need , efficient organized taxi at 6 am not an issue very good restaurant just up the hill . super local food only issue you are a bit out of the way here, but for me its great as i was working just round the corner lots of tv channels,

Nice apartment

Nice apartment with two rooms and three beds. But breakfast wasn't so good. On the first morning there was hardly anything to eat (some bread, eggs and tomatoes). Refitting was only done on demand. The next morning there was no coffee and on the third we waived the breakfast and went to a bakery. Hotel is a bit out of the way, so if you want to go to bars, etc. in the evening, you've to drive a little or go for a walk. At the time of our stay there was no tram traffic, only buses due to renewal works around slavija square.

Great location

We booked here because of the location and it was great. A 500RSD taxi ride right into the centre of town although we did walk it too. Fantastically located for both Red Star and Partizan grounds if you're doing Serbian football. Remarkably well appointed hotel, we had a suite! I think they must have been apartments, but it was an astonishingly good deal. Staff are really eager to help in any way you might need; very good English speakers. Any marking down comes for the breakfast, a good try but really not up to scratch yet although you really get the sense that they're improving all the time. Door codes didn't work very well but I'm sure that'll be sorted soon too. I'd be happy to go back and I'd expect it to even better next time.

Fair value despite some deficiencies

Our place had many square metres as expected (40 m2), however, the sleeping room was quite small and much space was rather useless. There was no minibar (and hence fridge) even though that was stated in the reservation. There was no parking space left when we arrived, but some free parking available in nearby streets. The service was somewhat different compared to other hotels.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Villenviertel in Belgrad

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer, mitten im Villenviertel von Belgrad (sichere Gegend), fuhren mit dem Taxi in die Innenstadt, was uns ca. 10€ kostete. Taxis sind in Belgrad sehr billig. Ruhige Gegend, großes Zimmer mit Ankleideraum und schöner Dusche. Alles in allem ein sehr modernes Zimmer. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, durchgehend ohne Ausschalttimer. Aufpassen bei den Extras: Parkplatz ist mit 6€/Tag extra zu zahlen, zum Preis von Expedia kommt noch 3€/Person/Nacht Stadtabgabe. Das Frühstück ist NICHT weiterzuempfehlen, es kostet nochmal 4€/Person und beinhaltet nur Minigebäck, das man im Supermarkt päckchenweise kaufen kann, eine Schüssel Cornflakes und normaler Kaffee bzw. Tee. Lieber mit den 4€ irgendwo in der Stadt frühstücken gehen, da gibts um einiges mehr um das Geld (man bedenkt: 300€ ist der Durchschnittslohn in Serbien). Ein Tipp: Wenn ein Herr mit Hund in der Lobby sitzt und fernseht, sprechen Sie ihn an - er ist der Chef, ließ uns aber 5min an der Rezeption warten, um es dann mit einem "this isnt a bar where you can order beer" zu quittieren. Kann aber dafür sehr gut Englisch und ist für ein wenig Smalltalk zu haben.
