"Great stay at this historical property in an amazing location! Most of downtown Dubuque is within walking distance as is the riverfront, casino, and museums. Wonderful huge room with river views in addition to spacious fitness center and fun bar on site. Will stay here again in future."

"The grounds and setting are beautiful. The room was clean however the air conditioning was loud. Other than that, all good things to say. I would stay there again because of the great value for such a wonderful setting so close to town."
