"This is a great location and overall a good place. We were there for the 4th of July. We were warned that on the 3rd that we needed to be out of the parking lot early because of planned road closures for an event. We were not aware though that these closures would be until after 11 pm which led us not getting back to our room until after midnight. Also, they were very busy with softball teams and other large groups but they were not prepared to serve everyone at breakfast. The breakfast staff...

"Very new and very nice property.
Only thing I hope they work on is towels and water available in the gym.
Just a small mention, it smelled very good when we entered our room, but the scent is a bit too strong after a while.
We will be back. We come to Colo 2 times a year, winter and summer."

"1) The hotel charged us $17/day for parking. I think it should be notified to the customers in advance for their consideration to choose this hotel or not.
2) Secondly, the yogurt served in breakfast was just served in a large bowl without cover . In this hot summer , the bacteria will grow fast in it which endangers the customer's health.
3) The ac unit in the room is loud that is quite annoying."
