"The only thing I did not like about the property is that it is very large and finding your way around is difficult. But it is in a great location. My wife and I walk from hotel to our restroom and concert. The hotel has a beautiful view of Grand Rapids. One last thing, check in at 4 pm is extremely busy."

"Upon walking in the lobby was decorated for Halloween. Loved it. Check in was easy and the gentleman was nice. Room was clean. We had a problem with the remote but the gentleman came up and resolved the issue. The air conditioning is a little loud. Didn’t really bother me too much but my husband said it kept waking him up. The breakfast was the only complaint. Other than that the hotel was great. Great location, right off the highway."

"Decent place with friendly staff. Housekeeping is limited to 3 times a week. The outside of the building could use some minor touch ups. They have a pool that looked nice, but we did not use. Slightly off the beaten path. Ate at Brann's Steakhouse next door. Would not recommend. The rooms were decent. Nothing that blew us away, but we would stay there again."
