"The property was clean but very worn. TV didn’t work but they got it going(it was in plugged), phone did not work, 3 people were staying we only had 2 bath towels. Deck off the pool-broken spindles, loose boards and junk on it. Breakfast was bad, waffles poor taste, my grandson could not eat, 1 bottle of water in fridge, 2 hot dishes poor taste, my husband and I had a piece of toast with peanut which sufficed and we took our grandson to Casey’s and got breakfast. "

"I was visiting for a graduation. We booked two rooms two months in advance. We had to wait over an hour for rooms to be ready. This was very inconvenient since we’d been on the road for almost 4 hrs & just wanted to sit down. The lady at front desk was nice & welcoming though."

"The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected."

"Shower light didn't work, bathroom exhaust makes a lot of noise, one mattress the bed sunk in when sitting or laying on it, tv remote on/off button or volume buttons didn't work. Had to adjust volume or on/off on the tv itself, carpet by the bed was sticky so bare feet not recommended, ice machine on our floor did not work, hot tub was not functioning and was empty. "This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."
