Great fun place to stay, enjoyed the cabaret and the quirky nature of the Utopia Hotel

It was gorgeous, but too cold for swimming!

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful, boutique hostal, although we think of it as a small and perfectly formed hotel. It is at the heart of the old town on a road with lots of nice eateries which makes it really easy to find a good place to eat either for lunch or dinner. It is also a short walk to the beautiful Los Bateles beach, five minutes down the hill and across the road. The hotel is spotless and feels airy and modern and beautifully decorated. Very good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Generally food is good. The only downside is all rooms have a safe but to use it you have to pay 4.50 euros a day or 16.00 euros a week. Which I think is a liberty why have them??? Quiet a few people carry’s a back pack with them to the pool area with all their valuables. I think this hotel is run by Tui/Thompson Holidays so a lot of people are on package holidays.

Having had excellent communication from the hotel prior to our arrival, we were greeted by a lovely lady who went over everything efficiently and with thought. The room was gorgeous and the air conditioning extremely quiet. The roof terrace was fab too. Everything was sooooo clean and new. Loved having the kettle downstairs and access to tea, coffee etc as well as fruit. We walked into the town for an evening meal and the following morning down to the beautiful beach. Wish we had stayed longer....

I first stayed in Paterna in 2014. The hotel is great value for money and the staff are very frendly. The hotel also has a restaurant which produces great food. I hope to retun again on 2023 on my next cycle tour.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff were so helpful. Great bar which shuts about 11pm and dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. The room and bathroom were a good size with a walk in shower, also in the room, TV, A/C and fridge. There was mineral water but no tea and coffee making. But you can get good coffee at the bar at anytime. There is also parking for hotel guests just up the road from the hotel. Lovely stay.

Great hotel for family, pool was excellent and food was pretty decent. Would be staying again in the near future

The staff were friendly helpful, the check in was fast and efficient, The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the town and surrounding countryside from the terrace' A good buffet breakfast was provided. We would definitely stay again

Great little set up with easy late check in and delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Would love to be back.
