"The hotel stay was okay overall. The room and common areas weren’t as clean as I expected, and housekeeping could definitely pay more attention to the details. That said, the staff was the highlight of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions or requests. If the cleanliness improved, this would be a much better place to stay."
