The property was convenient near everything. Rooms were decently priced and clean. But there was no restaurant or room service or even coffee/tea in the room. However, I was quite happy with my stay.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. I had a very good experience the first time but the night staff ruined it this go around by refusing to let my guest come to my room. The explanation given was that no visitors are allowed even though my reservation was for two people. I had a guest the night before who stayed for one hour and that was the night staff’s reason for refusal. Refused to let me speak to a manager and then demanded ₹ 500 for my guest. Refused to write a receipt to that effect. I understand policies and if those are explained clearly on third party websites such as Expedia, I would not have had any issues.
