There was consistent hot water if you needed it....However the shower had water flowing in the opposite direction to where you want the water to flow....so I was standing in inch of water each time I got out of the shower! The a/c did not work. Even after it was intimated to the front desk. Someone came in and did some pressing of buttons, however since there was no professional the problem was relegated to some other worldly connections...they offered a new room but this happened at late night when it was too late for me to get everything ready to move. I had an early morning engagement the next day. The internet was not available during my entire stay since there was no professional to address the issue of connectivity. The bathroom sink was leaking into a bucket....yuch!

Excellent hotel

We got given a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies. Kitchen contained microwave, kettle and fridge. Room was perfectly clean, comfy bed, good shower with hot water and basic toiletries. Room service was available from 7pm to 10pm. Breakfast had choice of eggs, toast, jam, cereal plus Indian options, fruit juice and tea or coffee. Staff were excellent. There was a lift to all floors and parking was available on site at no extra charge. I would have no hesitation at staying here again. Great value!

A slightly old Treebo facility

Close to Bangalore Palace, the Treebo Orchard Suites, lives up to the Treebo standards with very clean linen, comfortable pillows and mattress and inexpensive rates. This could use some minor upkeep like replacement of shower curtain and grout on the bathroom tiles.

Terrible - Better avoided

The property is an old dilapidated apartment converted to a hotel; no privacy as three guests share an apartment; no ample parking as advertised on the net; congested rooms; dirty linen n old spring bed; leaking sink; poor/no WiFi; balcony attached to room had single latch which was broken - anyone can enter rooms in the ground and first floor through the balcony; and the note on the wardrobe for such amenities provided (see photos attached)

Nice hotel near Karnataka Examinations Authority

Good decent hotel.We stayed 3 days in a deluxe room.their complimentary breakfast is good, not extravagant, just few select choices.They do provide lunch.But there are 2 restaurants (Nandhini & Northwind) for home delivery. For dine-out do try out Pulimunchi which is a 6min drive. Hotel staff are courteous, polite and helpful.Room was neat.
