"Great value fantastic location"

"The hotel is located just off a busy road. There is limited parking available at the hotel which is included in price. It’s beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings. We found the room to be a little small and the addition of a chair to sit on in the room would be beneficial. The balcony was lovely and provided a wonderful view of the beach and garden. The room was spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the restaurant. We had booked half board. We went for dinner on the first night and were presented with the menu. We each chose a starter, a main and a desert. The food was very good and well presented and the staff were very attentive. On the second evening, we went for dinner and a different manager was on duty. She asked if we were half board to which we replied yes we were. As we were looking through the menu, the waiter came to our table and explained that we could only choose from the menu at the front of the selections which was €35 per person. As we were not informed about this on the first evening, it became apparent that the choices we had made the night before resulted in us owning an additional €36! At no point were we told that the half board price we had paid upfront was for dinner to the value of €35 per person. The manager was very apologetic about us not being made aware of the choices we were entitled to on the first evening. In my opinion, we should only have been given the menu included in the price rather than being presented with the full menu."

"Great hotel just yards from the Denia marina. The hotel has all inclusive or bed and breakfast. Pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The entertainment staff worked tirelessly and there was a good standard of entertainment on at night during our stay. "

"Nice big clean room ..however ..most uncomfortable beds. They need replacing ..the creaking noises were horrendous..only way to stop this was to sleep upside down in the bed..not good. View was fantastic Hotel decor could do with a spruce up. Staff were fabulous"

"I’ve stayed here a few times and have been fantastic this time, I had a guy banging the door down that much me and my kids were scared. 13 floors high and no phone and all the reception could say was they are drunk not a problem. He made the security stand on my floor but why I don’t know it was to late "

"The hotel is in a great location. Our room was nice and spacious with a terrace to go outside and see the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us and smiled at us. Kevin at reception went above and beyond. He always has a smile for every guest. He helped us rent a car. Car was delivered to hotel. Super great service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one."

"Good hotel. Rooms need updating especially bathrooms. Bedroom clean but bathroom had a lot of rust and mould. Very large bedrooms with large balcony and great views. Breakfast choice really good. Evening meal quite repetitive but can always find something to eat. Pool areas clean, big and modern. "
