"The lifts were often broken so ques for the ones which did work. Rooms cleaned every day Nice food around pool area reasonably priced"

"Spacious rooms with seating area and mini fridge and kettle. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Great location on the beach. Varied buffet breakfast. Not enough sun beds or shade in the lower pool area but the top terrace pool was great although again not enough shade. No kids club activities even though advertised in the lifts that miniclub was at 4pm and the receptionist had no idea either where it was or if it existed!"

"No problems with hotel . I've stayed at hotel many times but didn't find the choice of food in buffet is not as good as it used to be. I've always found there was plenty of alternatives I liked. I'm a plain eater but now all meat and fish is in a sauce. As there was a lot of children pizza burger hot dog never available trays always empty. Chips always avl but not alternative potato choices. Queues at breakfast as the staff couldn't keep up with demand for eggs and bacon"

"Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. Breakfast very good and varied, even for myself as a vegetarian. Loads of fresh fruit, cooked items, cold meats and cheese, juices and coffees. I spent a couple of days by the pool which was quiet and welcoming. The hotel is a stones throw from the harbour and easy walk to the town. I really enjoyed my solo stay here and would highly recommend. The views of the Ifach are amazing, that’s why I picked this hotel."
