"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra läge. Tillgång till stor pool på 46:e våningen var en mycket trevlig överraskning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Tack Mobinul Karim!"

"女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。駅からも2分くらいの距離。繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。屋上からの夜景も最高でした。また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。"

"We had a wonderful 11 night stay at this spacious and well-located apartment! Just a 15-minute walk to TRX shopping mall, it’s also close to a great selection of local food options. "We were very happy with our stay, great communication from the team from before our arrival, security to get in and out if the complex, comfortable apartment and great shower. We loved the pool area to relax after walking around and seeing the sights. It was our first time staying here and we would definitely recommend it and stay again."

"I stayed for 5 nights with 2 rooms connecting. Everything was good until the check-out incident. We checked out at 4.30 AM and the receptionist called ADAM was BEYOND RUDE. I asked for the RM500 deposit receipt which I did not receive when I checked in as it was busy that day, and he just shrugged & blamed me for not getting it. He acted as if I was stupid for not understanding him. I asked him to be more polite and he even offensively blamed me without offering any solution. At the end his colleague photocopied it for me and after I complained that he was rude he even shooed us away by yelling “GO, GO, GO”!!! I never received such outrageous behavior in a hotelier service before and I couldn’t believe he could be positioned as front office personnel. "
