Dear Sir/Madam
The guests couldn't check in due to some problem of the connection between the hotel and the system of Hotels.com. We paid the booking in full at the moment of the booking, but the guests couldn't use it and to receive accommodation.
By chance we found another accommodation
Now we insist that Hotels.com refund us immediately and in full the amount of 752,22 EUR which I paid for the booking!
That's why I pur poor mark for the service. The hotel itself is maybe a good hotel but the booking service was a disaster...
