We were not made aware of this by Expedia or the hotel before reaching Lalibela and were shuttled to a third grade accommodation. Completely different from what I booked. "Prachtige locatie, mooi uitzicht. Echt leven tussen de locals. Bijzondere ervaring. Mensen zijn heel gastvrij, goede verzorging. Geen voorzieningen van water en elektriciteit. Minder prettig was de kou. De enige mogelijkheid om warm te blijven is het vuur in een afgesloten ruimte. De hoogte gaf lichamelijke klachten."

"There is no place or accommodation in the town bearing this name. The person behind this is running a scam. We were stranded with no where to go and in the end we ended up staying in another hotel paying the maximum dollar. It is unfortunate Expedia is allowing this to happen."
