"On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept."

"There was someone else’s hair in the tub, there was no plug for the tub or the sink, the toilet was loose and so was the faucet at the sink. The door into the bathroom needed a scrub down. The sheets didn’t fit all the way over the mattress top and were stained (but hopefully clean?). The staff member at the front desk was friendly, though. It was tolerable for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t return here."

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"The actual room was ok. Clean and with the amenities one would expect. But the hotel is situated in a seedy neighborhood. Outside the hotel there are enough homeless people with visible mental health problem roaming around - at some point one guy was emptying the trash right outside the hotel shouting various things. I think it gave my 14 y.o. daughter a renewed appreciation for where she lives. "

"Horrible. Long story but The front desk was not knowledgeable, and no one knew protocols and just made up stuff as they pleased, and when I tried to address the matter they hung up on me. Would never book or stay with this company again. I escalated my experience to the franchise and they too had issues contacting and communicating with this property."

"My husband booked this hotel because he thought it was cool that it was an older building and the rooms were only in the 2nd and 3rd floor above a bar & restaurant. The room looked cute- modern decor in an old building. I’m not a neat freak but I do inspect the room. We hadn’t touched the bed and right there under the decor pillow lay two long stands of hair that was clearly not either of ours. Yuck. In the shower, I found several pieces of hair. The sink didn’t look clean, either but I had...

"I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time."
