"I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

"Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. "

"Very nice property. But room was lacking the guest chair. Only one desk chair in the room, no other seating. Inconsistent with the room photos online. Unpleasant for 2 people to have a morning cup of coffee."
