The room was very basic, but the price and location were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place if you’re on a budget and looking for a basic room with no frills.

Realmente nunca dejo reseñas, pero lo haré esta vez para que otra persona no se lleve el mal rato que pasé yo, tuve que cancelar mi reserva ya que el hotel es muy diferente a lo que muestran en las fotos, está bastante deteriorado, el personal no es amable, huele muy mal, creo que debería ser más exactos con algunas especificaciones, como por ejemplo es un hotel en el que fuman mucho y huele muchísimo a cigarrillos, si eres alguien que está buscando hospedarte con familia, hijos, etc este no es el lugar indicado creo que podrías conseguir mejores opciones no es para nada bonito sus alrededores, parece una ubicación, de verdad abandonada, de verdad no lo recomiendo para nada

Typical Motel 6 that is older and is the midst of being updated. The guests are not the best at keeping the common areas free of trash. The staff do their best to help.

The staff allowed us to check in an hour early, which was appreciated. (We were in town for a lacrosse tournament.) the toilet was dirty. The shower peeling.

The staff was wonderful. The amenities were there. The property is under construction. The backside is on a railroad track, & it was not the cleanest by a stretch/ all around the property. The room was clean.

Should have known when I walked into the lobby and the staff was behind bullet proof glass. Checked out immediately after checking in. Hotel was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t stay long enough to look for roaches or bed bugs but I wouldn’t be shocked if they were there. Pictures shown are not even close to what the hotel actually looks like.

Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.

The rooms had a very unpleasant odor, and the overall guest experience was disappointing. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I found the front office staff to be rude and lacking basic customer service skills. During my stay, one staff member abruptly ended a phone call while I was inquiring about a late checkout, and another called back in a manner that I perceived as intimidating and unprofessional. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any hotel property. As a result, I decided to move to the same hotel brand in Germantown, where the staff have been courteous, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. I hope the management of this property will invest more in staff training and guest relations to improve the experience for future guests.
