"Room was great the a/c was really loud shutting on and off. That’s my only complaint. There’s tons of local food around the property. I ate well every night. kabobs and papas from a little food cart was my favorite and that Kennedy fried chicken place is 👌"

"Chelsea was the the night desk attendant who checked us in. She was fabulous and helpful, arranging a later checkout given our flight departure time. Isamar was the desk attendant when we checked out. She was engaging, and cheerful. She blessed us with her smile and some snacks as we departed. Our shuttle driver back to the airport was Wanda and she was very attentive. Our only complaint would be the shuttle driver who picked us up at JFK. He was playing loud rap music and had some kind of music videos playing on a screen by his seat that was essentially soft porn. This should not be happening in a shuttle. Overall, a very good experience."

"When I fly into LaGuardia, I stay at Voco. The rooms have a modern feel, and I love that they have an electric teapot and a fridge in the room. I drink lots of tea. The beds are comfortable. In the building is the Rooftop, which is not part of the hotel. I feel they are a little more pricey for what is served. However, the staff at the hotel itself is excellent. I was greeted with joy. The cafe in the lobby is cute. A few things to make it a better stay: The air conditioning is super loud and can get too cold. This is not a soundproof hotel; I could hear a baby crying for a while."
