Staff were so good. They helped to ensure our stay was amazing.

It is the second time we have stayed here, 11 years apart, it is a wonderfully maintained property and Sophie the host was lovely. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The accomodation is very well looked after and very comfortable. Will be calling again on our next trip through France hopefully sooner than 11yrs on again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service

The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. The family that run the apartment were very kind and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brought to the apartment at the time requested (early morning). Great stay

Excellent in every respect

We first stayed here over 30 years ago and it still has all the charm we so . The restaurant is superb and the cheese and sweet trollies a sight to behold with such a selection. A foodies delight.

The welcome was good, the security was excellent and the property was amazing. The apartment was of the highest quality and the best we have seen. The area is very nice with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Overall it is a wonderful property.

Return visit and even better. Don’t usually review hotels that we really like because they then become too popular, however this is a gem. The owners are friendly and accommodating and the room standards are excellent. We had a superior double on the way out and a junior suite back. Both were really plush. The only slight problems are not the fault of the proprietors- parking fees nearby are high and there is a problem with bird mess on cars from trees in the car park outside, don’t park...

I love this hotel and have used it several times as a stop off before driving back to England via the Tunnel. The French Chateau is a perfect setting and I have seen many French groups using it for weddings and work meetings.

Convenient for a 1 night stop over. Only complaint was the hotel receptionist overnight tried to charge us for the room which we had already paid for via Expedia

Room very clean. Bathrooms will need to be updated ie walking showers instead of baths? Breakfast very fresh with plenty of choice = viennoiseries, breads, fresh apple and multi fruits juices, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, etc.. Various brands and flavours of teas. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, couldn’t rate them more highly. The room was basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay and would go back.
