"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. "Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
