"Front desk attendant was not friendly when we checked in, next morning the shower over flowed, contacted security desk and they send maintenance in to check the shower, didn't properly introduce himself, just here to check the shower, he went in and then left without saying if he was done or if the shower was okay to use, we went to have breakfast in the dining room, on our way to dining room I stopped at the front desk and inform the attendant that was there what we had encounter, Now she was very kind, caring, and sincere, and very apologetic, offered to move all five of us into another room, told we're fine in the room we were in, don't want to be moving our stuff around, because we were there to attend a Funeral Service for a relative that day, and we were checking out in the morning so, we felt a lot better with the respectful treatment we received from the wonderful, polite lady that morning. I didn't get her name but she was wonderful, and very professional 100%. Overall our trip was great."
