"Second time stay for leisure purposes. Given the option to check in online 24hrs earlier, which led to a speedy check in and room was ready for our arrival at 14.30hrs. Comfortable room (standard), noted to have no bin liners in bins provided in room which isn't very hygienic, separate WC to bathroom which had no vanity basin, so if someone was in the bathroom you could not wash your hands. Comfortable bed, clean, room not very sound proofed as we could hear guests conversations in the corridor late at night. Breakfast was plentiful, although there was a delay in waiting for the hot items to be restocked, staff waiting on were friendly and helpful and arranged for an omelette to be cooked fresh to order, from the kitchen. Paid for 24hrs parking in the hotel for £18. Spaces were a bit tight as its situated underneath the hotel but good value for leeds centre. Overall a pleasant stay and the minor issues wouldn't put us off from staying again"

"Room is not bad. But service has been dropped too much comparing with the last time I visited here. Staff is not that professional now, room service is not properly. I paid for the onsite parking, 49.5gbp per night, but can’t been guaranteed there would be a space reserved for you. But I had to pay for it. And nobody told me I need to pay for it when I was parking, only knew it when checked out. Totally, the management is a bit chaotic, service is not properly as I expected, it’s terrible. I loved this hotel when I stayed here last time. But this time, it was so disappointed. "
