"Very neat and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Our bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, the shelf was falling, hard bed and no window. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!! "

"整體來說，還可以。第一天入住要先繳納200令吉的押金，再來會給進出的磁卡，房間算大，但浴室馬桶蓋有擦不掉的痕跡，給的高樓層景觀不錯。如果要去對面的購物中心需要叫車才有辦法到，因為沒有人行道，走不過去。這是一個缺點，晚上其他住戶的關門聲蠻大的，可能是建材的關係，要叫外送的話蠻方便，有管理員也有放置區可以收外送。廚房該有的餐具都有，算是精緻小套房，牆壁要先開電源開關才能開冷氣。"

"Beware. Avoid this hotel. They held my passport for the duration of my stay, because i don't carry cash for a key deposit. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked. After checkout they refused to return my passport, because they were trying to scam me to pay cash for incidentals which never occurred. "Poor check in experience, lack of prof. service and dicey charging/receipt provision. Poor mattress /bedding, Was charged for advertised king but was a queen bed with short blankets. Low quality toilet area. Water was yellow colored and did not trust it to take a shower. Outlet did not work and was hanging by a wire. Stayed on 3rd floor with no lift. Noisy at night due to the street scene and next room through wall noise. We tried it because of its high rating but that turned out to be false in...
