"Accommodation was clean and well kept. Diving centre next door was excellent "Leisure Divers" Malay cuisine for breakfast each day was repetitive and could be better eg more fruit etc and add some western. Location was not so good in that the "beach" was mostly mud flat throughout the day with no sandy bottom and so not really suitable for casual swimming. Staff were good and friendly."

"Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Tarif laundry prohibitif. Les chambres sont rudimentaires. Il n'y a aucune étagère ou autre pour poser ses affaires. De l'enduit sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Donc des améliorations pourraient être faites assez facilement. Si on accepte la frugalité, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Plage calme et jolie. Très beau jardin. Personnel aimable et aidant."

"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."

"Es ist wirklich eine Zweckunterkunft. Man nutzt es nur zum schlafen und duschen. Es liegt genau zwischen Long Beach und Coral Bay, was wirklich ein ultra Pluspunkt ist. Ist auch der einzige Grund, weshalb ich dieses Hotel nochmal buchen würde. Die Anreise mit dem Speedboat von Kuala Besut empfiehlt sich über Coral Bay (ca. 7 Min Fußweg zur Unterkunft). "

"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. "This hotel is not suitable for family as the room is so small for 4 people to be cramped into one room. No elevator provided and very unsuitable for elderly especially if you stay in level 2. No window provided, thus 4 people staying in the room is suffocating. Sound proof is also bad. You can also hear every word from the next room, abd it turns bad when people talk too loud and baby cries... The worst part is bad smell coming from the toilet.
