"Very impressed with the Apartment. Very fair price, well appointed, everything you could possibly need, and close to transport and Epworth Hospital. My only suggestion would be a general thorough professional scrubbing of shower and Balcony every few months. I'm sure the cleaners do the best they can in the limited time they are alloted.
I will definitely recommend the Apartments to all. I was very impressed.

"The staff were attentive. The room was spotless and well maintained. The shared bathrooms and shower areas needed more attention, particularly with keeping stock of toilet paper and the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would have also appreciated more info about nearby places to grab a bite to eat because there was nothing available on site. No complaints about this spot. Just areas for improvment. "

"前台職員很友善，也很幫忙。地理位置很方便。
這次住的是單人房，房間大小足夠一個人住，也有足夠位置開行李。房間有很大的窗，陽光充足。可是隔音很差，晚上會有很嘈吵的汽車聲，週末附近舉辦活動也會很嘈吵。另外被鋪就是一張床單上面蓋上一張薄薄的藍色毯子，不夠保暖，睡覺時總是覺得很冷。
洗手間及浴室要跟同層共用，一天會清潔五次，剛好遇到剛剛清潔完的浴室是乾淨的，可是有人用完難免會滿地水印、頭髮和紙巾碎。部份浴室企缸並沒有位置可以放置洗澡用品。
有提供毛巾和風筒，但是應該要去問前台借用。本來不知道就帶了自己的。整體來說，在墨爾本要住相對便宜的，這個也算是不錯的選擇。"

"Love staying here !! Definately the place to be whilst in melbourne. High level of service and the overall quality of the stay from the room to the cafe downstairs is just great. After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more "

"Location is very convenient. Rooms are also quite clean.
My only concern is the shared bathrooms which I did find dirty a couple of times. Since its shared I suppose it's hard to maintain but apart from that its worth your money "
