"We chose to stay at this property while visiting Holland for tulip time. It was nice to get away from the crowds to stay at this property. It was so new and updated with cute decor. The breakfast had a decent number of options. The pool was nice and the salt water was so much nicer than chlorine! Overall it was a nice stay and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. "

Front desk said our card was good until 6, but we couldn’t get in the hotel doors with it to get to the parking garage, so we walked up the ramp, then parking was charged to our room, but the key card wouldn’t open the gate. We had to call someone and eventually got thru after giving room number and name. "

"Check-in went well, no friendly greeting from the clerk, just “checking in?” and he had bad B.O. No friendly greeting from any staff. Not rude, just indifferent.
