"Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

"Breakfast was good! It could use a better cleaning all over and shampoo the carpets(you can smell them), the front desk staff was awesome, one housekeeper was nice but the rest of the housekeeping staff needs training including the housekeeping supervisor, she promised me that housekeeping would clean our room and replace our towels since we were there 2 days, they didn’t even breathe in our room! No indoor pool and the outside pool is out of order I guess smh no microwave in the rooms

"I intentionally checked in here for the gym, and the price associated with this amenity...which was 20 min away from where I needed to be fore Gym was very barebones basic, no way to wipe down machines, one day no towels available - BUT I was able to get my basic cardio in and that's all I cared about for the week. If I got it for the room alone, this was 9/10. Had no issues except for being able to hear the family with kids above me banging around."
