"I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. "The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. However, it's a little set back from the street, so it's not noisy. There are many shopping stores, but not many restaurants. Many people eat at food stalls. You can also go to the Royal Palace and Tamansari within a 30 minute walk. My room was on the 5th floor, WiFi connection was not good and sometimes disconnected."

"The hotel is a nice hotel. But the description that it offers "airport transportation" is false. And the location of the hotel is not good for going about Yogyakarta, as the sidewalks are blocked by vendors and the streets are impassable due to everyone driving motorcycles in Indonesia."
