"I booked a room with double queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 5 people. However, we ended up cramming 3 people in one queen bed because the sofa bed was disgusting. I found eyelashes on the sofa bed, and stains on the sheets. When inquiring with the staff, we were given new sheets and were told they would escalate to their cleaning service. The sofa bed was just a piece of it. There were hairs in the bathtub and just dusty corners throughout. I think the hotel staff is nice but they do...

"The staff was so nice at the Terrace Inn. This is our second year staying there and will be going next year once again. It is a historic inn so you have to realize there are a lot of quirks that come with a very old building but I wouldn't change staying there for any of the new modern style motels or hotels. Very quaint in beautiful Bay View amongst all the old Victorian Cottages. I love it there!"
