"First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not...

"It was fine for a one night stay. However the TV in our room was leaning forward and nonfunctional. It didn't matter for us that night, because we were too tired to watch anything as we didn't check in until 9:30 pm.
